1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using VeriMail Pro, or by buying a license, you agree to these terms and to the acceptable use policy.
2. Licenses
A license lets you use the desktop app on a limited number of computers at the same time. Licenses are personal to the buyer and may not be resold or shared outside your organisation. Subscription licenses stay active while the subscription is paid; lifetime licenses do not expire.
3. The probe server
Paid plans include mailbox checks through VeriMail's probe server. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. When it cannot be reached, the app marks addresses Unknown.
4. Acceptable use
You may only check addresses you are entitled to process. We may suspend a license used in breach of the acceptable use policy.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout.
6. Liability
The app reports what mail servers answer at the time of the check. Results are provided as they are, without a guarantee that a message sent later will be delivered.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will say so on this page.
