VeriMail Pro is a list-hygiene tool: it checks the deliverability of email addresses you already have, in lists you already own, so you can remove dead addresses before you mail them.
What the app does
- Checks addresses you import (CSV, TSV, TXT or XLSX) or paste, one list at a time.
- Confirms mailbox existence with a single SMTP
RCPT TOprobe per address, the same step your own mail server performs before accepting a message. The app never sendsDATA; no email is ever transmitted or delivered as part of verification. - Respects per-provider concurrency and rate limits. These limits exist to be a good network citizen toward mail servers you do not control; they are not a throttle to be circumvented.
- On paid plans, runs the mailbox check through VeriMail's probe server, because many home, office and cloud networks block outbound port 25. The probe server is not an open relay: it connects only to public mail servers, on port 25 only, in bounded batches.
- Runs diagnostics (port 25 reachability, public IP, reverse DNS, blocklist listing) against your own network path, so you can tell whether it is healthy.
What the app does not do
- It does not harvest, guess, generate or brute-force email addresses. It only checks addresses you explicitly provide.
- It does not send marketing or transactional email of any kind.
- It does not spoof or misrepresent sender identity: the probe server's HELO name and sender identity match its own reverse DNS.
- It does not try to defeat providers' anti-abuse systems. When a provider signals that it is blocking or throttling checks, the app reports that honestly and pauses instead of retrying around it.

You are responsible for how you obtained the addresses you import and for complying with applicable law (for example CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and ePrivacy). VeriMail Pro is a verification tool, not legal advice; if you are unsure whether your list or your intended use is compliant, consult counsel before importing it.
We may suspend licenses used in breach of this policy. This notice is shown when the app first starts and stays available from its settings.
