The Free plan runs every check except the mailbox (SMTP) check, so you can try the app on your own lists before paying.
Refund requests
If a paid plan does not work for you, contact us with the topic "Billing" and your order email. Tell us what went wrong; we may be able to fix it.
What happens after a refund
A full refund ends the subscription and revokes the license key, so the app returns to the Free plan on every computer that used it.
